Registration

I understand that the CASA registration and membership fee of $160 in Term 1 is not refundable under any circumstances and must be paid in full by the commencement of term 1 (or before third lesson for new members). Without payment of this fee, the Member is NOT insured or permitted to train.

CASA payment includes transaction fees which will be charged to you upon payment of your 2026 Registration.

Payment of Fees

I acknowledge I will pay fees sent by invoice to my nominated person in the registration, on time and each terms invoices are due by the nominated dates. I understand if fees are not paid by the due date, the Member will NOT be eligible for participation and unpaid invoices will be sent to for debt collection after two (2) reminders. Payment plans are available but only if the communication line is open between the parent and Principal Coach or Finance volunteer. If we don’t hear from you, we will assume you are choosing not to pay your invoice and therefore you invoice will be sent to the collector for collection. If you fail to miss one payment by the agreed date on the payment plan, with no communication, your account will be sent to the debt collector for collection of the whole amount remaining on your invoice.

On each terms invoice, weekly lessons are calculated on the amount of school weeks, public holidays and/or school holidays and are payable every week including the event you daughter cannot attend. Coaches and gym/hall hire must be still be paid weekly.  Stage Practice is compulsory for attendance and is payable if your daughter does not attend.  Unless prearranged.

Each member is required to make regular payments to the Costume account.  Your costume account is to be finalized before end of Term 1 2026.

A $25 transfer fee is payable to the Association for any girl transferring from another Club. To avoid disqualification to the team, it is parent responsibility to notify the team coach if you are transferring from another club.

I understand if the Member does not complete the year, I am obliged to pay fees inclusive of costume hire and the appropriate tuition fees.

I understand that all fees must be paid in full for the Member to be eligible for Pupil Skills exams and to participate in the Solo/Duo/Graceful season.

Commitment

I understand that calisthenics is a team sport and once enrolled, I understand that all members are expected to attend all lessons (except where prevented by illness), stage practice, concerts and competitions throughout the year and are expected to stay until after the state competitions in August/September. This is to avoid disqualification to the team your child/ren are enrolled in.  If unable to attend a lesson, the appropriate coach is to be notified two (2) hours prior to the lesson.

I understand that extra lessons before competitions may be required for the Competitive Tinies, Sub Juniors, Juniors, Intermediates and Seniors and will be invoiced separately as needed.

Please note, competition dates are set by the Calisthenics Association and is out of the clubs control as to when competitions are held. While every attempt is made for the members to not miss school, it may be necessary for them to miss a morning or afternoon of school or work in order to attend stage practices or to get ready for competitions. As much notice as possible will be given to allow for travel arrangements, work, schools to be notified etc.

Volunteer Roster

As part of Seaford Calisthenics Club’s affiliation with Calisthenics Association of SA (CASA), we are required to provide volunteers at Royalty Theatre events. In 2026, Royalty volunteers will be selected randomly. This is to avoid the same people volunteering all the time. I understand that if I am selected, I am required to supply a volunteer for the allocated day and if I am unable to supply a volunteer, then I will find someone to supply a volunteer in my place.

All volunteers are required to have a current working with children check. Please let the Principal Coach know via seafordcalisthenics@gmail.comif you do not have one, the club will be able to get you one for free.

  • All recording devices (visual and audio) including but not limited to mobile phones, tablets, smart watches etc. must be turned OFF during lessons and performances.

  • Images of members taken at the Club's lessons or events must not be posted on Social Media without that Member's consent.

Communication
