Important Information
The purpose of this registration form is to help us provide a safe, supportive, and high-quality experience for every child participating in our Junior Squash Clinic.
Our program gives children the opportunity to learn and enjoy squash in a social, non-competitive and fun environment, while also building skills that support lifelong health and wellbeing. While all reasonable care is taken to ensure a safe environment, participation in any physical activity carries an inherent level of physical and health risk.
Scottvale Squash Club is a Squash Queensland affiliated centre. All children participating in the program must be registered at a minimum as Junior SquashFit members - please note this membership class does not cover any accident or medical insurance for participants involved at our centre.
We strongly encourage all parents and caregivers to register their child as a financial member via our Revolutionise platform. The 25/26 Fixture Membership – Junior (U19) provides basic accident and medical insurance cover for participants involved in activities at our centre.
Protective eyewear is compulsory for all junior players while on court. Eyewear is provided and its use is supervised by staff at all times.
Our staff take all reasonable steps to identify and minimise any foreseeable risks or hazards during activities.
