Our regular training sessions are:
- 6:30 - 7:30 p.m. Monday at Bunnings Vermont South for a recovery run
- 6:30 - 7:30 p.m. Wednesday at Glen Waverley Athletics track for a strength session
- 7:45 a.m. Saturday morning from Jells Park in Wheelers Hill for our weekly long run, distances vary based on which events we are training for.
