RQ Youth Girls — Tow Foil Session

Open to all youth sailing girls aged 10–23, this session welcomes RQYS members and girls from visiting clubs alike. No foiling experience? No worries, all levels are welcome and equipment is provided.

Afternoon tea is a shared affair! We'd love everyone to bring a plate of something to share! Whether it's a batch of cookies, some fruit, or your mum's famous slice.

What's included:
- Tow Foil session with equipment provided
- Shared afternoon tea (please bring a plate to share!)
- Good company!

What is a FOIL-LAB?

A 1 day foiling taster designed to give the opportunity to try foiling in a controlled and safe way, core sessions of the FOIL-LAB will be focussed on body-centric foiling classes and specifically what is happening under the water.

The focus of the Foil-Lab will be on:
- Body Intelligence  
- Foiling Fundamentals
- Relationship between the body and the foil
- Exposing the body to unstable foiling environments in a safe, controlled setting

What does it include?
Classroom and on water sessions covering  theory, practice and simulations

Who is this clinic best suited to?
Sailors who would like to explore the possibility of transfering  skills to foiling classes
