Get ready for the Queensland State Championships with our 29er Coaching Camp!

Join us for two full days of focused coaching designed to sharpen your boat handling, improve race performance, and build confidence ahead of the QLD 29er State Championships in Yeppoon.

Over the weekend, sailors will work on boat speed, boat handling, starts, race strategy, teamwork, and race simulations, with plenty of on-water coaching and personalised feedback.

Dates: Saturday 12 - Sunday 13 September 2026
Time: 8:30am - 4:00pm each day
Coaches: Brayden Daunt & Simon Tribe

RQYS MEMBER: $250.00 (Per Boat)
NON RQYS MEMBER: $290.00 (Per Boat)

Please note: A minimum of 5 boats is required for this coaching camp to proceed.

Program Focus:

The Intermediate Fleet Program includes scheduled and regular coaching. Allowing you to practice and race in club and class association programs at clubs.

At Intermediate Fleet level you may remain active- for-life, and enjoy lifelong activity which can cross multiple disciplines, and class of boat or board. 

During the Intermediate Fleet Program, there is continued freesail opportunity to support further enjoyment in the sport and environment.
