Welcome to Rocky Road Runners registration portal.
We are introducing our first ever Backyard Ultra format run. Up to 6 laps of the Seeonee Park trails, Sunday, 30th August 2026, kicking off at 7am.
The course will be a 5km loop, with about 100m elevation.
You will have 1 hour to do each lap, cram in any recovery you can, and prep for the next one.
You need to be on the start line, on the hour, every hour, to stay in the running.
The 6th and final lap will be a race for those who remain.
Member Registration fees:
$35 Adult
$30 Juniors under 18yrs
Please note: There is NO on-the-day registration
There will be a sausage sizzle and other food provided to keep you fueled, or begin your recovery once you've had enough. But, of course, we can't guarantee what will be ready when, so make sure you bring your own supplies to keep you running, as well.
Event Location
To get to Seeonee Park please follow the Yeppoon Road 4km from turn off at Bruce Highway. Once you turn left off the highway follow the dirt road 300 meters to the main Scout Hall building,.
Compulsory Equipment for Participants
All runners should take a handheld vessel (or backpack) to carry water and a compression bandage.
