Welcome to River City Runners, established in 1977 we are one of Brisbanes oldest running clubs. Formed on the premise of providing like minded people the opportunity to run for fun and fitness we mostly enjoying running Brisbane's southside around the Wishart/Mt Gravatt/Holland Park area, offering a number of structured sessions undertaken by or under the guidance of Athletics Australia Accredited Recreational Running Coaches. Our 'home' and most well attending run is on Saturday morning commencing at Queensland Sports and Athletcis Stadium (QSAC) on Kessels Road, through Toohey Forest, to the top of Mt Gravatt but with many options.

Runners of all abilities are welcome.

Major Event Club Training Squads

Training Squads are intended for financial members only and seeks to provide the opportunity for members to connect and share the experience in preparation for your event. The training squad fee includes a River CIty Runners Training Squad Shirt Post Run Refreshments at a couple of selected group runs throughout your preparation for the event. Access to Club Shelter at Race Finish Precinct perfect for gear drop off and a great place for your supporters to find you.
