2024 Online Player Registration
Welocme to Robertson Hockey Clubs portal, the idea of this portal is to make the registration process more streamlined for yourself and the excutive.
All Users are requested to select REGISTER or RENEW (2023 Players) to begin the process.
When registering a player 18 years or under; please select the category that responds to your child's current age, NOT the age group they will be playing in. When registering, please select the correct age (the age your child will be as of the 31/12/23) and the correct registration type. If your child is playing up an age group you will be required to pay the higher club fee of that age group eg under 11's playing under 13's will pay the under 13's club fee.
The fees you will pay using this portal are your compulsory Hockey NSW Registration Fee's, Hockey Australia and Southern Highlands Hockey (SHHA) individual player levy.
You may also choose to pay Robertson Hockey Club
Junior Full Fee's or Senior Full Fee's when registering.
Paying your club fees on this portal is strongly advised (and will be very much welcomed by our treasuer)
If you would like to pay your club fees in this one transaction please select the “Add on” box that corresponds
with your team.
If you would like to claim an active kids voucher towards your fees these will need to emailed though to robertsonhockey@outlook.com (if doing this please don't select to add your club fees on in this online registration).
Active kids vouchers can only be used against your club fees in this way.
Those who select to ONLY pay Hockey NSW Registration & SHHA Player Levy will have their RHC Club player fee's invoiced separately and Outstanding Fees MUST be paid by the 30th June or if needing a payment plan please contact Michelle on 0431 043 479 to arrange, all payment plans need to be arranged by round 3 of competition & completed by the 30th June. Any fees outstanding will be made unfinacial and SHHA and HNSW will be notified.
The compulsory Hockey NSW fees & SHHA Player Levy include your state registration fee, your insurance, and SHHA umpiring component. This fee is mandatory for every player, and NO players are permitted to take the field until registered & paid with HockeyNSW & SHHA.
