A genuinely different way of thinking about event first aid.
Our approach is simple: proactive, well-prepared care that never gets in the way of competition. Responders learn to read an event, anticipate where injuries are likely, and be positioned to respond in seconds — all while respecting an athlete's right to compete. It's the kind of judgement that sports medicine careers are built on.
You're never doing it alone. Every meet is led by experienced responders and overseen by a clinical lead — a registered nurse, doctor or paramedic — so there's always someone to learn from and escalate to.
A real progression pathway. You'll start working under supervision and, as you build hours and confidence, progress toward being signed off to lead on your own.
Recognised and rewarded. You'll gain a nationally recognised Sports Trainer accreditation (reimbursed by QA) and be paid for the meets you work.
Whether you're just starting out or building toward a career in sports medicine, it's a chance to learn on the ground at real competitions. If that sounds like you, we'd love you to register your interest.
