Terms & Conditions

• I agree to be bound by the rules, regulations and code of conduct of the club (available below)
• I acknowledge that the sport of rowing has inherent risks and that injuries/losses could occur. 
• I accept responsibility for my safety and possessions. 
• I am medical and physically fit to participate in rowing as a sport.
• I agree to inform the club immediately if my fitness/medical condition changes.
• I agree to, in a medical emergency for the club to call emergency service on your behalf.
• I agree to pay for any medical treatments in the event of personally being injured and/or in the event of a medical emergency
• I can swim a minimum of 100 metres fully clothed.
• I agree to waive rights against the club including management committee members and other volunteers.
• I acknowledge that the club has limited group personal accident & liabilities insurances, details of cover are available upon request.
• I acknowledge & consent that photo, electronic images and sound recordings may be taken & used for promotional purposes by the club

Declaration
I hearby apply for membership of the Port Macquarie Rowing Club Inc. (the Club). I declare that the above details are correct to the best of my knowledge, that I have read and agree to the above terms and conditions of membership and I tender the appropriate fees for consideration and acceptance of my application for membership
