Tuesdays 5.45am - 6.45am at Beatty Park
Thursdays 6pm - 7.30pm At Stirling Leisure Inglewood
Saturdays 8am - 9.30am at Beatty Park
Sundays 4.30pm - 6pm at Stirling Leisure - Inglewood.
Juniors (pre-season)
Thursdays 5pm - 6pm at Stirling Leisure - Inglewood
Then Coaches will advise teams of ongoing training times for the season

September Social Comp - Mondays in September plus 5 October - Open to all members 15+ and new players keen to give Water Polo a go. Come and try or get GAME ready. Bring a friend - obligation free for ongoing season. Beginners will be low-contact, so bring a friend, family members and kids aged 15+.

- 7.15pm Cup and those up for a challenge!
