Good afternoon and Happy New Year to all our OVHC members and their families!
Its time to get organised for the coming season of Winter and Summer hockey so there is lots of info to share with you all.
- Please let Sue know if you are intending playing in the Junior or Women’s Winter Comp and Graham if you are playing in the Men’s comp again starting in March-We hope it’s a big YES!
- Twilight Comps start this week-junior, senior twilight on Wednesday and full field Thursday night.
- Bruce Barnier Memorial 9’s carnival held over the weekend on 3-5th March.
- All players need to be registered with hockey NSW to play in any of these comps. If you play in the Summer comp, this cost will be deducted off your Winter fees.
- Come and Try Monday 13th February from 5-6 for adults and kids. Please try to get your friends and work mates to come and have a go at hockey. Plenty of sticks and balls for all!
- Bunnings BBQ 26th March. Helpers required please.
- Last but not least – Our AGM will be held Monday 13th February in the meeting room at the hockey fields from 6:15. All positions are vacant and we would love to have some new faces on our Orara board. Graham has forms if you wish to nominate for a position.
