IBCPC

In order to participate in the 2023 IBCPC Participatory Dragon Boat Festival, please note the following requirements:

1. All paddlers must be breast cancer survivors (includes steer and drummer), unless in a supporters team. 

2. Your team must be a member of IBCPC. Check your team is registered with IBCPC at membership@ibcpc.com.

3. Each paddling participant must furnish a medical certificate with proof of diagnosis and fitness to paddle by 30th September 2022.

4. Each registrant (paddlers and supporters) must submit an authorisation to use images and personal information of legal responsibility (you will find an example on our website www.newzealandbcs2023.com).

 

Cancellations

You can cancel your registration, however, any registration fee or deposit paid is non-refundable. This is the same policy that has been in place for previous IBCPC festivals.

 

Transfers

You can transfer your registration to another person/team. This will incur a NZ$10 per person administration charge.

Any transfer must occur before 1st December 2022, after this date transfers will not be allowed.

 

In accordance with the Privacy Act I hereby give permission for this information to be available for use by Aotearoa Wahine Toa Ora Trust, the 2023 IBCPC Festival organising committee. By submitting this form, permission is given for team & individual images to be utilised for promotion of this and future events by this organisation and the media.
