Our club traces its origins back to 1947, with the establishment of the North West Hobart Hockey Club. In 1983, the club evolved into its current form following the amalgamation of North West Hobart with the Graduates Ladies’ Hockey Club, creating what is now known as the North West Hobart Graduates Hockey Club (NWHGHC).
Also known as the NWG Bulldogs, the club is proudly based in Hobart and fields teams across men’s and women’s competitions at both senior and junior levels. Our participation spans from HookIn2Hockey (HI2H) programs through to Premier League and Masters competitions, reflecting our strong commitment to player development and lifelong involvement in hockey.
