Complete the practical competency assessment for Community Official accreditation

To arrange a practical assessment for the Community Official accreditation please click on the blue Nominate button above and complete the details as requested. 

The form will ask you to nominate the competition you'd like to be assessed at. Please nominate one of the competitions listed on this page and ensure it is at least 10 days from todays date (to enable an assessor to be arranged).

NSW Athletics will then work towards securing an assessor on your preferred date.

You will be contacted via email by NSW Athletics staff to finalise assessment details.
