Notice is hereby given of a Motion to be considered and voted upon at the AGM on 12 February 2023, that the Norths Hockey Club Inc Constitution be amended as per the attachment.

If you have questions about the proposal, please contact me directly, otherwise the Motion will be put to the members at the meeting.

The purpose of the changes is to bring the relevant section into line with the NSW Model Rules, and to introduce the membership category of “life members”.
