Jo has raced 2000m distance and made it to the A final. She came 4th in her heat and 7th in the final.

Congratulations on the huge effort. 2 races within 90 minutes,  well done Jo.

John our captain made us proud by completing the cycling leg of the Noosa Tri. (He was part of a three man relay team) He biked 40km in less than 1hour 30 minutes. Go John!!!! Congratulations!

Our current LTR group for the first time ever in singles and doubles rowed up to the yellow boat and back.

All of them completed this 4km row and only one went for a swim. We are happy for them. Keep going!
