Club Open Day 

We invite you to our NYRC Club Open Day, on Saturday 31st August, from 7:00am to 5:00pm, where you can enjoy a variety of fun and exciting events.

Our Club Open Day is a great opportunity to showcase our club and our sport to the wider community. We encourage you to invite your friends and family to join us for this festive occasion. The more the merrier!

Here are some of the highlights:

• Rowing come and try: This is your chance to bring friends and family to find out what it feels to row on the water! We will have experienced coaches and rowers on hand to teach the basics of rowing. Please pre-register on rowing@nyrc.com.au, or just show up at 7:30am on the day and register at the shed!
• Race the ferry: Do you have what it takes to beat the ferry in a sprint race? Challenge yourself and your fellow rowers to a friendly competition on the water. The race will have 1 eight, 1 quad and some singles. Please sign up for the race on the roster at the shed or online via revolutionise.
• Rowers vs Sailors regatta: We will have a fleet of small sailboats available for rowers with some sailing experience to have some adventure and fun. You can register online or on the roster at the shed.

Members only :We also need your help to make this day a success. We are looking for volunteers to assist with various tasks, such as setting up, coaching, safety, come & try registration, etc. If you are able to spare some time and lend a hand, we would greatly appreciate it. You can register as a volunteer on a roster print out at the shed. Thank you for your support.
