|| MEMBERSHIPS ||
All hockey players and officials must be registered with the Club here on Revolution Sports to be a member of the club, and to be covered by Hockey Victoria. At the end of the registration the final price will be displayed. Payment must be made online at the end of this registration process. If this is not possible for any reason, please email Emily Donnell at treasurer@nhillsportingclub.com.au or attend one of our membership days.
If you require assistance, please let me know. Club officials may not be able to immediately respond to emails or SMS messages regarding memberships but I will be availble to help on Wednesdays at training.
If you have a Health Care Card, please keep your reciepts and apply for the Get Active Kids Voucher Program. Please go to www.getactive.vic.gov.au and follow the prompts.
|| TERMS & CONDITIONS ||
All adult players at the Club are strongly encouraged to have a current Working With Children Check. All Committee Members, Coaches, Team Managers and Trainers over the age of 18 must have a WWCC. This includes parents or guardians who volunteer with their child’s team in any capacity. The Club’s WWCC Policy, and instructions on how to apply for a free volunteer check, can be found on our website under Policies.
By registering as a member of the Club you agree to be bound by the Constitution, Rules, Regulations and Policies of the Association for the time being in force. You submit payment of your annual subscription for the current year and understand that this will be refunded in the event of your application for membership being rejected. You agree to being photographed and/or videoed for use on the Club website, Instagram or Facebook page, or for publicity purposes in any media. This permission will remain valid for the duration of the membership. Should you not agree to your image being used by the Club, you must email your request to secretary@nhillsportingclub.com.au. The Club’s Policies can be found on our website.
|| PAYMENT ||
Payment is required at the end of the registration process and player registration will not be complete unless payment is made in full. Players who are not registered and fully paid up members for this season are unable to train or take the field. If you have any difficulties making payment, please email Emily Donnell at treasurer@nhillsportingclub.com.au
Membership cards must be collected from the clubrooms before the first home game of football and netball. This card will give you free membership to all home games of football and netball and must be presented upon entry. If you do not have your membership card you will be not given free entry at the gate.
