About

North Esk Rowing Club was established in 1899 when James Boag became the first president. Today we offer the opportunity to all ages and abilities to learn to row or to continue to row.

The original building was erected in 1902 and was partly burnt down towards the end of the Second World, what was left was used as a boatshed until 1964. Membership at that time is estimated to have been around 20.
