NBHC competitions will follow the FIH rules of Hockey, with some minor modifications to suit our local game formats with mixed gender teams, smaller sided games, ages of players, etc. (Comp rules may at times need to be modified - done by agreement between the Committee, Comp Organiser, and player representatives.)
