Discover Sailing Experience - Wednesday Racing 

Come sailing with us and become part of our midweek club twilight racing scene!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

A fun new option to learn some inshore racing skills with support from our Academy instructors.

You can join us as a beginner with no previous sailing experience, or if you're an Academy sailor looking to extend your skills.

Sailing on the Force 24 keelboats, we'll race in 'The Basin' infront of the Honeysuckle Hotel, rounding the buoys, then race back to the finish line.

We'll join the club twilight presentation back in the clubhouse to see who takes out the Force 24 'Boat of the Day' and earn their crew free drinks!

SESSION DATE:  Wednesday 10th December 2025

SESSION TIME:  5:30pm to 7:30pm

SESSION PRICE:  $55 per person

You can come along for as many sessions as suits you, to progress your skills or simply because you love being on the water & the vibe in the clubhouse afterwards!

Force 24 inshore keelboats, lifejackets, safety equipment and qualified instructors provided every week. 

You will sail with your instructor and up to three other participants - so a crew of five people.  You can even pull together three of your friends and form your own crew for a fun evening of sailing.  Just nominate on your registration who you wish to sail with.

This is the perfect 'taster' for anyone who wants to discover sailing for the first time. This is the perfect introduction and can be the ideal way for you to begin your sailing journey, without having to commit to a full training course.

Following the course, you will receive a completion certificate.
