This one day event is the qualifying event for clubs in NSW to enter the Sailing Champions League competition. The top teams from this event will be invited to enter the Australian Sailing League, and then on to the World  Sailing Champions League.

The club vs club competition brings together teams from each local club to contest on a level playing field in a competitive, fun, and spectator friendly event. We want to build relationships and help foster each club’s events by promoting club representation at each other’s events. We intend to distribute professional media content that we can all leverage to promote our members representing our clubs and forge new friendships that see sailors venture to other clubs in their yacht or their skiff as we showcase our sport to the wider hunter community.

The format is as follows –

• Racing will be two laps Windward/leeward, approximately 12-15 minutes duration per race
• Teams of three or four persons
  • Each team must include both a male and female participant (ie mixed teams)
