First Aid Training at NCYC

NCYC are pleased to offer this PROVIDE FIRST AID course to members and staff, to be held over two consecutive Monday evenings in 'The Bridge', upstairs in the new section of the clubhouse.

 

 

 

DATES:
Monday 17th October & Monday 24th October 2022

TIMES:
5:30pm to 9:00pm

COST:
$105.00 per person

DELIVERY:
The training and assessment will be provided by Vital First Aid Training Services (RTO 90531)

The course will cover HLTAID001, HLTAID002 & HLTAID003.

COURSE NUMBERS:
The course will be open to a maximum of 20 participants.  Minimum 12 participants

REGISTRATION & PAYMENT:
Please nominate for the course by completing this registration (using your Australian Sailing Number).  Please ensure your phone and email details are current.  You will then be contacted by Vital First Aid to finalise registration and complete payment.

UNIQUE STUDENT IDENTIFIER (USI) NUMBER:
All participants will require a USI prior to registration with Vital First Aid.  If you do not already hold a USI, you can obtain one through the government website - https://www.usi.gov.au/students
