Junior Water Polo Tournament - July School Holidays

The focus is on having fun with your mates from your Club, School, Nippers, Soccer, Netball, Footy, Softball etc, and playing Water Polo along the way.

GET YOUR FRIENDS TOGETHER AND MAKE UP A TEAM FOR SOME HOLIDAY FUN:)!!

• DATES - Friday 18th July (12 noon start), Saturday 19th July (9am - 5pm), & Sunday 20th July (1pm finish)
• VENUE - Pymble Ladies College Aquatic Centre
• TIME – To be confirmed
• COST - $120 per player (includes Player & Spectator entry in Pymble Ladies College Aquatic Centre)
• AGE GROUPS = Friendly 14's - Born 2012/2013  & Terrific 12's - Born 2014 & younger

TEAM ENTRY - REGISTERING FOR THE EVENT IS A TWO STEP PROCESS.....

Please note we do not require payment of a Team Entry at the time of registration, all players nominated in teams will be asked to register and pay individually, see details below in step 2...

STEP 1.

• The Coach/Manager is to submit a TEAM ENTRY, which is to include the team name and player list:-
• Teams are to consist of a minimum of 10 players, maximum of 12 players per team for the Friendly 14's and a minimum of 9 players and a maximum of 11 players for the Terrific 12's.
• Team entries will close Monday 7th July, 2025
• Teams can be mixed gender

STEP 2.

• ALL players nominated in teams must register and pay individually and this is to be completed separately by 14th July 2025. Players who have been nominated in a team and register after this date, will incurr a $40 late fee.

Please note the Individual Player Registration Link will be emailed to the Team Manager to forwarded onto players in the team.  There will be two links available:-

•  One for players who are already registered with the Northern Beaches Water Polo Academy - The Water Polo School
• One for players from Other Clubs/Associations/Regions, ie non members of the Northern Beaches Water Polo Academy...
• We do it this way, so we can organise the pre printing of the scorecards, with the player names and cap numbers

In addition, if you are not part of a team and wish to play, we ask you to please complete the  Individual Player Entry, by 14th July 2025.  At the time of Registration, for your Team Name, please type “No Team” and we will endeavour to place you in a team.  

We are offering a competitive tournament, but in a low key fun environment

All players must be able to swim competently in deep water

Modified Tournament Rules

• Friendly 14's Born 2012 & 2013 
  • 7 players – 6 field & GK (prefer GK be rotated throughout the team) 
  • Full field of play
  • Size 4 ball
  • Game time – 4 x 6 minute quarters
  • Teams can be mixed gender, however prefer separate gender so we can run boys and girls separately

• Terrific 12's - Born 2014 & younger  
  • 6 players – 5 field & GK (prefer GK to be rotated throughout the team)
  • Modified field of play
  • Size 3 ball
  • Game time – 4 x 6 minute quarters
  • Teams can be mixed gender, however prefer separate gender so we can run boys and girls separately
