Mulgrave Athletics in association with Cairns Regional Council delivers the Great Barrier Reef Masters Games on a biennial basis. The event attracts over 2500 athletes participating in individual and team sports, featuring four days of competition and three social nights.
Masters Games cater to athletes generally aged over 30, maintaining a relatively balanced male/female participant ratio.
