I acknowledge and agree that:

1. I have read, understood and agree to abide by the Australian National Anti-Doping Policy (available on the Sport Integrity Australia website HERE), effective from 1 January 2021. This policy has been adopted by Badminton Australia (BA) and is applicable to all participants in Badminton.
2. I have read, understood and agree to abide by BA’s National Integrity Framework policies (available on the BA website, effective from 31st March 2022 and applicable to all participants in Badminton.
3. I have read, understood and agree that any personal data I provide may be collected, stored and used by Badminton Australia in accordance with BA’s Privacy Policy.
4. I have read, understood and agree to abide by all BA policies and codes of conduct and also agree to comply with any other policies adopted by BA and advised to me in future available on the Badminton Australia website.
5. It is my responsibility to familiarise myself with these policies, including any updates to the policies and other policies as adopted by BA that I am advised of in future.
6. A breach of these policies could result in further action being taken, as outlined in the respective policy.

Mornington Peninsula Badminton Inc.Membership Terms and Conditions

I acknowledge and agree that:

• Policy Suite Agreement: I have read, understood, and agree to abide by all Mornington Peninsula Badminton Inc. (MPB) club policies as hosted on the official MPB Integrity Hub (https://www.mpbadminton.org.au/integrity-hub). This includes, but is not limited to: the Member Protection Policy, Social Media & Communications Policy, Privacy Policy, and WhatsApp Communication Policy.
• Code of Conduct: I agree to abide by the MPB Player Code of Conduct Policy, maintaining the highest standards of sportsmanship, fairness, and respect toward all players, coaches, officials, and volunteers.
• Non-Solicitation: I agree to abide by the Non-Solicitation Policy, which prohibits the active recruitment or solicitation of MPB members or guests for outside badminton groups or commercial ventures. I understand that a breach of this policy is grounds for immediate membership revocation.
• Liability and Risk: I acknowledge that badminton is a physically demanding sport with inherent risks. I have read the MPB Liability and Risk Management Policy and agree to waive all claims against the club, its committee, and volunteers for any injury or loss sustained during club activities.
• Medical and Emergency: I accept full financial responsibility for any medical or transportation costs (including Ambulance Victoria) incurred in the event of an emergency involving myself or my child.
• Photography and Media: I consent to the capture and use of images/video for the purpose of promoting the sport of badminton as defined in the MPB Photography, Filming, and Consent Policy, unless I have formally opted out in writing to the Committee.
• Parental Responsibility: Where this registration is for a participant under the age of 18, I, as the parent/legal guardian, acknowledge my responsibility for the supervision and conduct of the minor in accordance with the Student and Minor Supervision Policy.
• Binding Agreement: I understand that compliance with these terms and all club policies is a mandatory condition of my continued involvement with MPB. I acknowledge that MPB reserves the right to take disciplinary action, including suspension or expulsion, for any breach of these terms.
