Moorebank Liverpool District Hockey Club is a vibrant and inclusive club and is the only hockey club within the Liverpool LGA. We were established in 1930, and have been a prominent fixture in the local community since. With a rich history and a strong commitment to promoting the love of hockey, the club offers an outstanding experience for players of all ages and skill levels. We are proud to have had players who have played at the highest levels of hockey play for us.

Our primary aim is to foster a supportive and enjoyable environment where members can engage in the sport they love. Whether you're a seasoned player or just starting out, we welcome individuals from all walks of life to join our hockey family. The club is proud of its diverse membership base, which includes juniors, seniors, and veterans, and places a strong emphasis on fair play, respect, and teamwork.

We are very fortunate to have our own fields at Junction Road, Moorebank. The club boasts 3 international standard water based synthetic fields as well as 3 well maintained grass fields. We have 4 change rooms as well as a licensed canteen and clubroom to provide a comfortable and social atmosphere, ideal for players to relax and bond after intense matches. Additionally, the club offers top notch coaching and training programmes led by experienced and dedicated coaches who strive to develop each player's skills and potential.

The club is actively involved in local, regional, and national competitions, showcasing the talent and commitment of its members. We are proud of our history and consistently achieve outstanding results in various leagues, tournaments, and championships. Our teams compete at all levels, from beginner to elite, ensuring there's a place for everyone to participate and challenge themselves.

Outside on-field activities, we place great importance on fostering a sense of community and belonging. The club organises regular social events, such as trivia nights, themed parties, and after training barbecues, where members can connect and form long-lasting friendships. We encourage our members to volunteer at the events we host every year, which we believe that we are second to none at hosting.
