Mission statement: Millicent Gymnastics Club is to provide a positive, enjoyable, safe, learning service environment of the sport of Gymnastics for all ages, abilities and needs. Providing opportunities for healthy lifestyles.
Vision: Continue to educate and promote our sport to further develop and grow throughout the Limestone Coast, helping community members move.

BUSINESS GOALS
- Provide a safe environment for children, teenagers, adults and elderly.
- Include all ages, abilities, genders, religions and races.
- To become and maintain a well recognised sporting club.
- To provide a service which develops motor skills, coordination, strength, power, flexibility, positive mind set, body and self awareness.
- A service which develops individuals and group cohesion.
- Providing job and volunteering opportunities
- Fundraise to develop a 40m x 40m with 12m high roofing state of the art facility to eliminate barriers to skills and provide city standard in the country. Safely cater to higher levels, include other gymsports (Rhythmic, tumbling, trampoline) and allow for more membership. Include appropriate heating/cooling to protect members health in extreme weather conditions.
