Commonwealth is one of the eight clubs that form the famous "Melbourne Sand Belt” and is a superb test of golf for all standards. Extensive course renovations have been completed and the course has received rave reviews. The Club has hosted numerous events over the years, notably the Australian and Victorian Opens.

This will be the 2025 Club Championship event. A place will be set aside in the afternoon field for all members (up to 50) who have won a qualifying event. N.B. If qualifiers choose to play in the AM they will not be competing for the Club Championship. 
To qualify during our championship year, you must be financial, have played at least 3 of our regular events,  won your grade (or runner up to guest) and be available to play in this event. Qualifiers will be notified.

Kindly register at least 30 minutes before hit off time so you don't miss out on the breakfast/lunch provided.

Number of players may be limited to 96 for each field.

PLEASE NOTE  the registration set up has been modified recently which means you cannot finalise your registration without entering a Golf Link number (or completing as social) for ALL players in your booking. PLEASE MAKE SURE you provide the correct Golf Link number.

Entry fee for Golf Section members is $325 and $360 for guests (and $60 for a cart which are very limited). (Note:Commonwealth members must apply directly to the club for a green fee credit to their house account).

Cost includes green fees, range balls, prizes, light breakfast or luncheon and a two course plated lunch or dinner with wine after golf.
