Terms of Membership

In submitting this membership application I acknowledge that I  have read, understand and agree to abide by the Gold Coast Masters Ass Inc “Fair Play Policy/Code of Conduct”, "Competition Rules" (www.revolutionise.com.au/mastersfootball/terms/) and the terms of membership set out below and accept any ruling/suspension or any other disciplinary action the association/judiciary may from time to time deem appropriate.

Disclaimer: It is a condition of acceptance/participation that, Officials, Referees, Organisers of Gold Coast Masters Ass. Inc and our host venue are relieved of all and any Liability/Responsibility
whatsoever should I sustain injury. I understand no personal insurance is included in my registration I am personally liable for any loss of income or medical expenses resulting form any injury.

Ambulance Cover : All playing members who are NOT residents of Queensland will be soley responsible for any ambulance costs which arise should they sustain a injury.

Players who are a resident of NSW: Please note you must ensure you have private Ambulance cover. In case of
sustaining serious injury during a game, we have a duty of care to call an ambulance.
