Annual Player Levies

1. Payable on registration - Levies only 

Annual Player Levies are payable in addition to Player Participation fees, they are a once a calendar year cost and payable on registration.

Player Participation Fees

2. Winter Season Player Participation Fees - Invoiced and payable online via revSPORT through your club membership account 

Player participation fees are payable in addition to Levies and must be paid in Full by the 14th June 2026.

Player participation fees can be either

• Invoiced in full on the 1st April 2026 

or 

• Invoiced in 3 equal instalments – 1^st April,   1^st May & 1^st June 2026

Hookin2Hockey The option with equipment pack includes - hockey stick, shin pads & hockey ball

Fee Discounts will be subtracted from your player participation fees.

Mandurah Hockey club is affiliated with KIDSPORT and are able to accept Kidsport vouchers. Please be advised that the vouchers can only be applied against the Player Participation Fees - not the Levys

All transactions incur a processing administration fee (charged by Registration platform providers).
