Perfect for you if you are 18+ and are longing to get back into Calisthenics or want to try something new! Improve flexibility, keep your coordination up and enjoy all the challenges of apparatus work within the wonderful sport of Calisthenics.

Come down and try Calisthenics with free trials throughout the year. Lyall Richardson Hall located in the The Agonis building, Wednesday nights 7pm - 8.30pm

Membership is on a casua basisof $25.00 per class, charged end of terms.
