Club Duty

Duties to be carried out by the Duty Club each round.

These may be added to as deemed necessary by the Executive of Softball Macarthur.

ON ARRIVAL:

• Flags/banners erected either side of the front gate.
• BBQ taken from store room to BBQ area along with the mat, bin and gas bottle.
• Recycle baskets to be located next to the wheelie bins on Dia 1 and Dia 2.
• Unlock toilets and dugouts on Dia 1.

END OF DAY

• Check ALL diamonds for equipment left on fields or in dugouts
• Collect and store any items found in the first aid room. Lost property goes to the stairwell.
• Ensure all rubbish is removed from the dugouts and surrounds (eg: drink bottles, papers) and place in the wheelie bins.
• Empty wheelie bins from Dia 1 and 2 into the skip bins (they will be emptied and cleared mid-week).
• Men's and Ladies toilets to be swept and rubbish removed (brooms and dustpans in the stairwell)
• Return the BBQ/mat and gas bottle into First Aid Room (recommend 2 people job).
• Drag Diamond One with mower and mesh dragger.(check with Grounds Crew before commencing)
• Dugouts on Diamonds with padlocks are to be locked, toilets and storerooms to be locked.

ALL DUTY CLUBS ARE NOTED ON THE DRAW

All clubs are on duty the Saturday of the Grand Finals immediately after the Presentation.

Umpires Rooms:

Responsibility of UIC and team: rubbish removed at the end of each day, sink wiped, fridge emptied of food, floor swept etc.
