Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Legends Softball Club WA Inc. will be held as follows:

Date: 22nd March 2026
Time: 2:00pm for 2:30pm start
Location: Rockingham Bowling Club, Kent St, Rockingham

Purpose of the AGM

In past years, attendance at the AGM has largely been limited to outgoing and incoming committee members. This limits our ability to hear directly from the wider membership. We want this to change.

The AGM is not just a formality — it is your opportunity to:

• Hear what the committee has done during the past season
• Review and adopt the financial statements of the club
• Ask questions and seek clarification on any matter
• Offer constructive criticism and suggestions
• Step up and join the committee

We want Legends to continue being the club of choice in Rockingham, and that can only happen if our members are engaged and heard.

Committee Elections

In accordance with the Legends Softball Club WA Inc. Constitution, all committee positions will be declared vacant after the outgoing committee presents the season reports. Elections will then be held on the night.

How to Nominate:

Nominate in advance by emailing a completed nomination form to legendssecretary@gmail.com by 15th March 2026.

Positions up for election:

• President
• Vice President
• Secretary
• Treasurer
• Registrar
• General Committee Members (only after all other positions filled)

Submitting Agenda Items

If you would like a specific matter formally discussed at the AGM — including questions, suggestions, or constructive criticisms — please submit these by 15th March 2026 to legendssecretary@gmail.com. Submissions will be included in the agenda to ensure they are properly addressed during the meeting.

Voting Eligibility

Only financial members over 18 are eligible to vote at the AGM, in accordance with the Constitution.

We encourage all members to attend — if you care about the direction of the club, this is the meeting where your voice carries weight.

It’s your club — be part of shaping it.
