As an incorporated club under the Associations Incorporation Act 2015, the Club is legally bound to comply with the Act and all applicable regulations.
Our governance documents operate in the following order of authority:
Legislation – The Act overrides any inconsistent internal document.
Constitution – The Club’s primary governing document.
By-Laws – Operational rules made under the authority of the Constitution.
Policies – Supporting documents outlining standards, conduct, and procedures.
All members, office bearers, and participants are required to comply with these documents. Membership constitutes agreement to be bound by them.
