Conditions of Entry:

I agree to be bound by ther Racing Rules of World Sailing and all other rules that govern racing at Lake Cootahraba Sailing Club Inc. (LCSC) and as specified in the NoR.

DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY

Competitors participate in the regatta entirely at their own risk. See rule 3, Decision to Race.

The organising authority will not accept any liability for material damage or personal injury or death sustained in conjunction with or prior to, during, or after the regatta.

I acknowledge that I have received and read the above attendance requirements and warrant that I will comply therewith. I also warrant that I will draw to the attention of all of my crew and other supporters who will be attending the regatta with me, these conditions and the attendance requirements.
