Hello Captains, and welcome to the 13th Annual Beaufort DragonBoat Race Day,
sponsored by Shellring Ale Works, FishCamp on 11th Street, and Safe Harbor of Port
Royal. These establishments are super excited to have us this year! My name is Darlene
McGrath and I will have the honor of being your Race Day Teams Coordinator for this
year's event. Some of you may remember me from years past. I am back to help you with
any questions or needs regarding race day.

DBB is pumped-up as well, with the decision of our new location. Some of you may know
that our downtown Beaufort waterfront location is under construction for the next few
years. Port Royal and Mayor Kevin Phillips have been gracious enough to come and save
the day for us. We will be using the dock location at FishCamp on 11th Street, as our new
Race Day launch site.

In 2025 DragonBoat Beaufort’s Outreach Program assisted cancer patients with funds
totaling nearly $82,000. That is $4000 more than in 2024. You all were a part of this and
you should be proud that you are making a difference in helping patients in and around
Beaufort County. So please, keep up the great work and let’s get this fundraising going.
