The Judo NSW BBR Kata coaches will hold an instructor's Kata workshop to help you prepare your candidate students for the Kata requirement of upcoming gradings. You will learn key points and drills for Nage no Kata and Katame no Kata to pass onto your students.

Instructors can expect a minimal amount of actual throwing (Nage) and grappling (Newaza), but will develop a deeper understanding of Nage no Kata concepts.
