Inverell Little Athletics – Conditions of Athletic Equipment Hire and BBQ Use
** By booking equiment you agree to the below conditions.
1. General Conditions
All equipment and BBQ use are subject to approval by the Inverell Little Athletics Committee.
Use is permitted only to the school/business hiring the equipement.
Equipment must not be used for commercial or non-athletics-related purposes.
2. Equipment Hire Conditions
Payment must be completed prior to hire and key collection.
Hirers are responsible for:
Transporting equipment to and from the storage location.
Ensuring all items are returned clean, dry, and undamaged.
Any loss or damage must be reported immediately and may incur replacement or repair costs.
Equipment must not be altered or used inappropriately.
Equipment must be supervised at all times during use by a responsible adult.
3. BBQ Use Conditions
BBQ is to be used only in designated areas and must comply with all safety regulations.
Hirers must:
Provide their own gas bottle.
Clean the BBQ thoroughly after use.
Ensure the BBQ is attended at all times while in use.
Remove all waste, including grease and food scraps.
Inverell Little Athletics reserves the right to refuse BBQ hire in hot weather or during fire bans.
4. Indemnity & Liability
All use is at the hirer’s own risk. Inverell Little Athletics accepts no liability for injury, loss, or damage arising from misuse or negligence.
Hirers must agree to indemnify Inverell Little Athletics against any claims resulting from their use of the equipment or BBQ.
5. Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the booked time unless due to extreme weather or other valid reasons.
6. Breach of Conditions
Any breach of these conditions may result in:
Immediate termination of the hire.
Future hire requests being denied.
By hiring equipment or the BBQ from Inverell Little Athletics, the hirer acknowledges and agrees to these conditions.
