Join the 17 & Under Girls Junior Social Competition on Mondays to advance your skills, make new friends, and learn everything there is to know about playing and refereeing social volleyball games.

Games are played 6.00 - 7.30pm each Monday.

Were you born after 1 July 2008? 
As you will still be 17 for the duration of this Junior Social Competition we would still love you to play!  Please email play@huntervolleyball.com.au to be manually registered for this competition.

NOTE: This is a 2026 JVL Development competition for up and coming players. It is not intended for previous Senior JVL players, those who are in the Hunter Academy of Sport Program, or 2025 HV U18 Reps players!  We'll ask your help to coach the teams!

• New Players born 2009-2012 who have not completed our skill development programs, YES you can still register.  We'll make sure you are in a great team to help you learn along the way.
• Returning Members born 2013 or later who have graduated from our 'Ready Set Spike' YES you can register!
  
• Current Members born 2014 or later we recommend you complete the Term 1 Ready Set Spike! program, and then join the Term 2 Mixed Competition which runs 18th May - 3rd August.  This will give you the best possible preparation to compete during the 9 week competition in Term 2.

Coaches will create balanced teams based on everyone’s playing experiences, heights, strengths, and vibes! 

Competition Season
Monday 9th of February - Monday 30th of March (9 weeks)

Competition Format
Weekly Round Robin competition, with up to 2 games + 1 duty per team per week (subject to total number of players registering)

Fees

• U18 (3 Month) or U18 Full Hunter Volleyball Membership which expires 28/2/2027
• Junior Social Competition Fees $135.00 incl GST
