  • All Levels Welcome: Whether you’re a seasoned road runner, a trail enthusiast, a marathoner chasing their first ultra or a beginner – our sessions will support your goals. You don’t need to be fast! We do however advocate a minimum level of fitness before joining our group runs. Our coaches can discuss this with you and find the best options for your level.
