At Hungry Runner we love running and sharing adventures, therefore each week we organise at least two running group training sessions. Training as a group is the opportunity to find extra motivation and make the hard trainings feel a lot easier. You do not need to be fast to join, message us if you don't feel confident enough to join a running group, we will make sure you get the support you need by pairing you an experienced runner.

What are the usual group sessions?

Tuesday speed work: Each week
- 5:45 to 6pm: Drills, running technique and mobility
- 6pm to 7pm: Group run with intervals
If you can’t make it for 5:45pm that’s ok, join us anytime before 6pm. We start at 6pm sharp!

​Thursday Trail run: Each week
- 05:30am to 06:40am: Group run with intervals

​Sunday Long run: Fortnightly or Monthly

The weekly schedule is posted Sunday afternoon on Facebook and Instagram
