HBSC Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2026
The HBSC Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on 14th July, 2026.
We invite all members to attend and contributed to the meeting, especially those who wish to take on roles within the Committee for the 2026/27 season. It would be great to see both returning members and new faces stepping up to support the Club.

All positions will be declared vacant. The below positions are critical to the ongoing operation of HBSC, and we are now calling for nominations to fill these Positions.

The following roles will be declared vacant:

· Secretary

· Social Media & Member Communications Officer (x2)
· Volunteer Coordinator
· Uniform & Equipment Officer
· Member Protection Officer
· PCSA Delegate
· Public Officer
· Fundraising & Sponsorship Officer (Mulitple)
