All financial members and life members are warmly invited to attend the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Hancock Brothers Hockey Club.

The AGM provides members with the opportunity to review the Club's activities, receive reports on the past year, elect the Committee for the upcoming season, and contribute to the future direction of our Club.

Committee Nominations
Members wishing to nominate for a position on the 2027 Committee are encouraged to do so. Completed nomination forms must be submitted to the HBHC Secretary by 8 November 2026.
Coach & Manager Nominations Now Open
As we prepare for the 2027 season, nominations are also open for coaching and manager positions across our club. We are always looking for enthusiastic and committed people who are passionate about supporting our players and helping our teams succeed both on and off the field.
Whether you are an experienced coach or manager, or someone looking to get involved for the first time, we encourage you to consider nominating or sharing these opportunities with anyone who may be interested.
Proxy Voting
If you are unable to attend the AGM, you may appoint a proxy to vote on your behalf. Completed Proxy Forms must be received by the HBHC Secretary priorto the commencement of the AGM.
