Learn to Run (L2R) is a half hour session conducted at Mitchell Park.  These sessions are great for people starting their running journey, returning after time off, or those who like to break up their running with walking intervals. Our coaches provide advice on a wide range of running topics including goal setting, motivation, accountability and promote a sensible approach to running in a caring supportive environment. 

Social Runs provide our members with the opportunity to run/walk with others in a supportive, relaxed environment.  We use these runs to take it easy and enjoy each others company whilst getting in our easy paced sessions for the week.  The location of the Social Runs change weekly which provides a variety of terrain and scenery to enjoy around our local area.  Occasionally we will head to the Grampians or surrounding districts for our Social Runs. Distance varies depending on your preference from 5km - 12km in length. All levels. 

General Quality Sessions are held at Mitchell Park on the 300m grass athletics track for one hour.  We start with a warm up jog together as a group, followed by drills and strides.  The main workout is usually 20minutes in duration and provides interval training for all levels of fitness. We have people who could run a 15minute 5km join in the session at the same time as those who walk/run a 50min 5k.  Our qualified coaches change the sessions weekly and provide a great opportunity for our members to work on improving their speed and technique. After the main workout we provide an extremely valuable cool down and stretch.
