Volunteer Roster

To ensure every Saturday competition during the Summer Season runs safely and smoothly, every family is required to contribute time volunteering.

What’s Involved

  • The Summer Season runs across 14+ Saturdays, October to March, with a break over Christmas.
  • Expect to spend 2+ hours every fortnight or 15–20 hours total per season, depending on your roster.
  • Some duties are full day rosters a few times over the season, others are only 30-45 minute rosters but done every week.
  • All roles are essential. Some are simple, some need a little training, but all are doable and rewarding.
  • Volunteering is a registration requirement - one competition roster plus one BBQ duty per family. No roster, no results.

Register for your Volunteer Role 

The Hamersley parent volunteer roster registration is managed through the Events feature here in RevSport. Each Role category has associated role tickets assigned for selection. You only need to select 1 role for the full season.   REGISTER HERE

Please note finish times are approximate, volunteers are expected to stay for their full allocated roster. Please take this in to account when making your selection.
