What is Minigym?
Minigym is a 45 minute class that combines dance, games, singing, and gymnastics skills in a fun and engaging way for children aged 6 months to 3 years old and their carer’s. Minigym focuses on developing a child’s confidence, coordination, social skills, cognitive skills, and their fine and gross motor skills in a safe and supportive environment.
