What is Intermediate/Advanced Recreation?
The Gym Fun Intermediate/Advanced Recreation class is a 45 minute session for boys and girls. It is designed for children that have attended gymnastics in the past and have developed sound gymnastics skills. This class will utilise games, a variety of equipment and guided instruction to develop gymnastics skills in a fun and engaging way. Recreation gymnastics encourages children to develop their fitness, strength, coordination, and gross motor skills, as well as many other essential life skills.
