What is Kindergym Advanced?
Kindergym Advanced is a 45 minute class that is a blend of our kindergym and after school programs where gymnasts and their carers participate in theme based activities, learn gymnastics skills and participate in circuits. Kindergym Advanced has a focus on developing a child’s confidence, coordination, social skills, cognitive skills, and their fine and gross motor skills in a safe and supportive environment.
